In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at aloha@ohanalei.com with photos if applicable. 

If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The additional shipping costs for the exchange will not be Ohanalei's responsibility. 

Shipping Policy:

Undelivered orders must be given notice within 14 days of last tracking update for coverage. 

If notice has not been received within above deadlines, Ohanalei will not be responsible for any lost orders.
